Horrible customer service. Manager was extremely rude. Obvious dishonesty and poor business practices. Buyer beware.
By showing more integrity to customers and not lie about previously wrecked vehicles they are selling.
I recommend you ask for a car fax report before buying any vehicle from this business because they do not share this information with their customers. I recently purchased a vehicle from this dealership and they didn’t find it necessary to share the fact the vehicle had been previously wrecked.
The salesmen show no integrity when dealing with customers. Never returned phone calls and didn’t bother sharing the fact they sold me a vehicle that had previously been wrecked. Also when you try to warn other customers they take it upon their self to delete the comments.
Don’t sell a used vehicle without a thorough inspection. My passenger side mirror fell off and is hanging by the wires connected to it. Also, the A/C doesn’t work.
stop targeting young buyers and reeling them into sales with out them knowing what happened. they just reeled my 20 yr old nephew into a sinfully high apr finance purchase of 28% . he thought they were going to let him keep it for three days before making the final decision .they are such heartless rip off. i use to think they were good people . i know better now. I WILL NEVER TRUST THEM AGAIN
