Charge triple what it's worth and a sorry bunch of business people
Inaccurate description of what they sold me vs what was installed. Out of stock after confirming stock avail prior to the appointment.
This place is a joke, unprofessional and I do not recommend them to anyone. They held my truck for two weeks without ever doing a diagnosis and lied to me. Had it towed to another mechanic. They also Made me pay $115 for a diagnosis I could of done at Oreillys. Other mechanic said what they did is wrong and something that I shouldn’t of been charged for.
If you want to have your hard earned money taken by crooks then take your truck here. If not you better find an honest mechanic. They will keep your vehicle for weeks. Never look at it. Stop returning your phone calls after about 2 weeks of trying to get a diagnosis. Then they give you a bogus diagnosis that they never performed and charge you for it. We took our truck to another shop. Within 20 min that mechanic told us what was wrong and has the part in order.
