The new owner, Chinese lady Lily originally told me over the phone $700 for part and labor but the final price is $1300. Way over price $750 for labor consider the NOX sensor is located at the turbo. Also no guarantee bc it’s electronic. I’m a service member trying to get my truck fixed to PCS from California to Massachusetts so I was desperate so I made a decision to do business with her! I wrote this review to help out the next customer. Actual price $287 for genuine GM NOX sensor. Her price $510
Very disappointed. I have taken my fleet trucks in and motorhome in for work. They were decent until last three visits now. Today I got my motorhome back with damage on both rear corners. Did they take responsibilty?....No way. Pretended I wasnt even showing them the scratches on one side and also the panel ripped from frame on other side. I still cannot tell you. Due to in has been a day that my truck is in the shop and haven't got a quote. I hope they haven't spent all day figuring out what is wrong. Most likely they haven't looked at it yet. I made it clear to the mechanic and lady owner that this truck is what feeds my family to please let me know diagnostic on suspension and price. Arnie has left, and a dragon lady has taken over. Unfortunately we took a clients f450 bus in, and got an estimate for $2400 for plugs and coil replacement and a minor tune up (filters and whatnot). After say no, she attempted to charge $285 for a diagnosis, when we told her the issue and codes before coming in. Seems as though she's erased previous reviews, so this will be getting reposted often.
