The new owner, Chinese lady Lily originally told me over the phone $700 for part and labor but the final price is $1300. Way over price $750 for labor consider the NOX sensor is located at the turbo. Also no guarantee bc it’s electronic. I’m a service member trying to get my truck fixed to PCS from California to Massachusetts so I was desperate so I made a decision to do business with her! I wrote this review to help out the next customer. Actual price $287 for genuine GM NOX sensor. Her price $510
Very disappointed. I have taken my fleet trucks in and motorhome in for work. They were decent until last three visits now. Today I got my motorhome back with damage on both rear corners. Did they take responsibilty?....No way. Pretended I wasnt even showing them the scratches on one side and also the panel ripped from frame on other side. The mechanic finally spoke up, not Lily the one in charge, to deny. By the way the fork lift was parked so close to it and lined up perfectly with the scratches.
