Long story short, I was in a pickle when an online florist told me the bouquet I ordered wasn't available and couldn't provide a photo of the replacement for my MIL's birthday. In a panic, I called a local florist and explained the situation. I gave super vague details (roses, lilies, pink and white color scheme) and the arrangement that arrived completely BLEW. MY. MIND. I placed an order on their website last month and have yet to receive any email confirmation or communication stating the product is or is not being sent to me. I have emailed and called the shop without any response. It is bad business to take a customer’s money and then completely ignore them.
Autumn is SO talented! We are so happy with the stunning florals she curated for our wedding day. We were drawn to her because of her creativity and ingenuity. Our guests were raving about how beautiful all of the flowers were!
I ordered an arrangement for my mother-in-law for Mother's Day and it was absolutely stunning. Autumn did a phenomenal job and she really put together a beautiful and unique arrangement. My mother-in-law said it was the most beautiful arrangement she has ever seen. This will be my go to shop for floral orders. Thanks Autumn!
Loved everything in the store, except for getting yelled at for taking a photo of the flowers for sale. I would have been more than happy to oblige shop policy if I had known beforehand or if there was posted signage.
