Still waiting on my refund for wedding flowers that were never delivered
There is so much to say about Autumn and her team! She did my wedding florals and I and everyone else was so so impressed! First off, the talent!! Long story short, I was in a pickle when an online florist told me the bouquet I ordered wasn't available and couldn't provide a photo of the replacement for my MIL's birthday. In a panic, I called a local florist and explained the situation. I gave super vague details (roses, lilies, pink and white color scheme) and the arrangement that arrived completely BLEW. MY. MIND. I placed an order on their website last month and have yet to receive any email confirmation or communication stating the product is or is not being sent to me. I have emailed and called the shop without any response. It is bad business to take a customer’s money and then completely ignore them.
Autumn is SO talented! We are so happy with the stunning florals she curated for our wedding day. We were drawn to her because of her creativity and ingenuity. Our guests were raving about how beautiful all of the flowers were!
