My wife went in for a cut today and came back in tears. She was seen by stylist Yuri. Apparently the stylist accidentally used the wrong scissors and took off a large portion of my wife’s hair on her front left side. While mistakes happen, that is unacceptable. The damage is significant as the hair was originally up to her upper bicep/T-shirt sleeve and is now ear length. The amount of length taken is irreparable.
