They closed at 3 on Friday, and of course I came at 4 after taking the subway for almost an hour all the way here just to drop off my lease papers. Complete waste of my time. Google said they close at 5:30, so now I have to come all the way back again. 💩👎💩👎👎
First, I want to say that the building staff at 115 E. 92nd Street were absolutely wonderful. Unfortunately, my experience with the certain members of the management team was the complete opposite. In December 2025, I contacted management to ask about my options for ending my lease early. I wanted to move out by March 31, 2026, with four months remaining on my lease (which ended July 31, 2026). Currently FREEZING in a BLDG building. MY CHILD IS COLD & there hasn’t been any heat for the last 2 days & it’s only 20 degrees outside. So sad how they treat tenants who pay their rent.
NO HEAT, no hot water. No Gas! Unclean Lobby. ZERO STARS. Renters beware. These people are a joke
You can email them in the nicest way possible telling them the building has ROACHES, MICE, water leaks & they then have an attitude with you & never truly fix the problem. They’re truly horrible! Genuinely terrible people work there
