BLDG Management buildings like Monte Excelsior are not luxury apartment complexes! The carpets are filthy and haven’t seen the light of day or needed shampooing/deep cleaning. Roaches are everywhere, and the refuse rooms are infested with cockroaches, which enter the hallway and apartments. There is a big garbage problem in the refuse rooms. TL;DR: BLDG Management , specifically Natasa Mirkovic, repeatedly ignored requests for proper mold remediation documentation, causing delays and poor communication—strongly recommend avoiding them, based on my experience and my opinion.
