My roof got a little leak and the guy they sent out couldn't find it. He said my warranty was void because another contractor installed insulation, inserted two holes for pipes to vent my roof.
Excellent customer service; they submitted the most complete/inclusive estimate while their price was still far less than competitors; job was started quickly and finished in one day; crew was extremely thorough down to every minute detail
