I received terrible service from the Dr himself. I cracked/chipped a tooth in December and visited Blazzard's office as a cash pay and insurance reimbursement patient. He wrote me up a quote for over $1800 for a crown and root canal. He did not offer, nor did I ask at the time, if that was the best plan of action based on the condition of the rest of my teeth or even the surrounding teeth. Nicole, Mandy, and Dr. Blazzard gave me incredible care. Everyone in the office is very professional. In this time of Covid19, I was really impressed with the cautious excellent way they handle their office and patient care. Having been a patient for twelve years, I will continue to seek their care. I would recommend them without reservation.
