I’ve never posted a negative review in my life, but this one is richly deserved. I called Blazing Design because my gas fireplace would not ignite when switched on. I was told they would have to perform a complete service. Not cheap, but not a problem since the unit was overdue. The technicians completed the service, but the fireplace still would not ignite.
