RecommendedOur gas stove was having issues igniting and every place we called basically told us that they were booked with service calls into November. Our stove was just a year old and likely not a big problem that needed a service call. Blazing Design Inc. returned our call and tried to troubleshoot the problem even without specializing in our particular stove brand. Replacement batteries were what was needed! Can't say enough good about Mike and co - super nice guy, extremely knowledgeable, and get this - he actually cares about the quality of his work, and whether you're satisfied with the finished product. Pretty sad that we've reached a point where something like that stands out, but it does, and these folks make it look easy. Highly, HIGHLY recommended.
What a great company to have take care of your backyard fireplace needs. I love the many different options and longevity of having a sturdy fire pit! If anyone wants a georgeous goot place for the backyard, be sure to contact them
On one of the coldest weeks this year, my fireplace refused to work. After several frustrating calls to other vendors I connected with Blazing Design. Within 20 minutes they were able to come to the house and diagnose the problem. If you ever need service on your fireplace do not hesitate to call Mike and Mike of Blazing Design - what a great company!! Oh and Mike's wife is one of the nicest people you will ever deal with.
