Once the job was done, we were unsatisfied and complained many times about their messy, dirty, irresponsibly, and lying workers. If you have CARPET & HARDWOOD FLOORS, beware of these people messing them up when they enter your new, used, or old home. Gorgeous showroom and knowledgeable but busy I wanted to find a showroom that had fireplaces burning and couldn't. I went to several in the South bay and the Mid Peninsula but still no help and just brochures. I finally drove to San Francisco from San Jose and found the most wonderful selection and nice people. I bought 2 fireplaces and I am thrilled with my selection. They installed on time and were very neat when working in my home.
blaze fireplace customer service is just horrible!!!!!! I like the insert that we ordered from them although it was expensive; however, I will never recommend this company to anyone--EVER--- because customer service is horrible. Employee who delivered the fireplace just throw it in the doorstep. The guy who is suppose to install--- several times did not show up, and never call to apologize for the inconvenience. Award for The Worst Customer Service We will NEVER recommend Blaze Fireplaces to anyone. Beautiful fireplace, installed one month ago, faulty control box. Jerry instructed us to contact Steve in SF. Called 3x kept saying box had been mailed. Left message for Jerry to call back. He instead had his worker call back to say he Jerry would call Steve. Spoke with Steve today. Requested the three UPS tracking numbers. Steve could not provide any. Said box would be delivered tomorrow, will send tech out Thurday to install box and ad... read more
POOR service, LAZY salespeople, POOR follow thru. HORRIBLE follow thru and customer service. Semi-prompt on initial emails, then once you sign up they are horrible with follow thru. He missed his first appointment with us without so much as a phone call. Initial consultant told us to have certain stuff installed in the existing fireplace by our contractor for the insert. Then told us at the time of installation that it should be something else. Denied that he told us the wrong info from the get go.
Blaze Fireplaces was great I was remodeling my home and they put 3 fireplaces in my house. The showroom is large and they had all the units burning.The sales person was knowledgeable and the prices were very competitive. They installed on time and they came out at the end of the job and did a final set up. I shopped several shops in the bay area and Blaze had the best prices. Horrible Customer Service No communication with regard to when it would be available. We had to keep calling and were told they were busy so wait. So we did and still we had to call again a few weeks later.Then they installed without some major pieces. Again, no follow up on when the rest would be installed and absolutely no apology. They do not respond to emails or phonecalls. I am shocked by how horrible this experience has been and would never recommend them to anyone.
