I’ve attended this practice since childhood and have always been loyal to the clinic, which is why I’m extremely disappointed with the new late appointment policy. Charging a $40 fee feels excessive, especially considering I’ve spent well and truly over an hour waiting for appointments here on multiple occasions without any consideration given to patients’ time.
