I’ve attended this practice since childhood and have always been loyal to the clinic, which is why I’m extremely disappointed with the new late appointment policy. Charging a $40 fee feels excessive, especially considering I’ve spent well and truly over an hour waiting for appointments here on multiple occasions without any consideration given to patients’ time. I am a new patient to this medical practice. My visit to this practice was indeed exceptional, I found the staff helpful and the Doctor I saw was very professional and treated me with respect.
My experience at this practice was disappointing. I called to make an appointment. We discussed how I hadn't been there in many years (about 13 years) as I am just coming back to the area. I made an appointment. I called to cancel this appointment about an hour beforehand as I couldn't make it. Only then I was told about their no show policy, where I was to pay $40 for not attending.
