Unfortunately, I had the WORST experience with a realty/property management company. The short version is simply: I paid $3157 to lease an apartment. This included the first and last month's rent, a deposit equivalent to a month of rent, an administrative fee and a pet deposit. I was transferred with my job to another state and needed to break the lease.
