This company sent their apprentice plumber to our house with a broken pipe snake. Then they charged us full price when they couldn’t even solve the problem. So I called the manager and she said she would talk to the owner, she called me after she talked to the owner and told me that she needs my email address so that he can be in contact with me to possibly give me a discounted price since they sent a plumber out with broken equipment and didn’t finish the job. This place is definitely NOT recommended. I called them when I was in a pinch and needed service on my existing water heater. I got a phone call from Theo telling me my water heater was leaking (it wasn't, I spilled water) and he could install a new one for $2200. He didn't even attempt to fix the control which was why I called in the first place! Come to find out, these guys work on commission and try to sell you everything under the sun.
