Ryan was recommended to do general improvement work in the off-season. I didn't know him but he was seemed very nice and professional. We had him remove existing carpet and put in new laminate flooring in our master bedroom and closet in Ortonville, around 350sf. He removed all the baseboards without breaking them, numbered them and the wall so each went back exactly where they were supposed to go.
