Poor Management, zero-tolerance policy, and cheap products
Was hired as a working supervisor yet they had such a large amount of safety problems it was crazy. They lost there insurance company because of all the accidents they had. So they re did the Crain training but 3 weeks later a 20'x8' Peace of steel fell off the hooks because the retaining latch was gone and almost hit the operator and they wouldn't replace the lifting chain. Yet the owner said safety matters and the supply manager wouldn't get a replacement.
