I work at a distributor for Cambria so I was working on a quote with my project manager, Jesse. The customer was on a tight budget but knew how much of an investment their countertops would be. We did a LOT of quotes for them to try to find the perfect balance between budget and making sure every thing they wanted/needed was taking care of. Once Jesse saw this, he offered a part for free to help please the customer. They were so unbelievably thrilled! His efforts were beyond appreciated by both me and the customer!
