Visited to view a vehicle I saw on cars.com. All seemed well until negotiations. Junk fees / services included, discounts given and then removed, dmv quotes almost double what they should be, and informed documentation fees (double other dealerships) were not negotiable which state statutes say they are. Written / detailed explanation of fees not provided when initially asked, was made to feel I was wrong for asking, and when done would be paying for services not being used.
