I never ended up buying a vehicle through them, but it only had to do with the used vehicle option at the time. I worked with Bobby C. he was great and if it were totally up to me, we would have gone with him. Nice, respectable, and I do believe honest. Will need to get another car in year for another family member. He will be 1st stop for sure!!!
Tao is the man...courteous knowledgeable friendly...on point...a pleasure to do business with a character person with strong hospitality skills...something absent in today's service industry...
Do not go here for oil changes! They now charge you for them writing up a repair order (what this repair order is I have no clue) and they charge you $5.00 for a tire rotation that is only supposed to be done by customer request. Well, they rotated my tires without my permission, and then charged me for it. Not very happy and will not be returning to this dealership!!!!
Walked into a Kia dealership, left in a Cadillac! Tau must be some kind of magician. Great sense of humor, no pressure, and actually listened to what I was looking for. He was incredibly knowledgeable about cars in general, not just Kias. Highly recommend working with Tau if you are looking for someone who truly knows their stuff and puts the costumer first. He made the process way easier than I expected! 10/10
