The service department is terrible. I have had nothing but problems with them. They missed diagnosed my car 3 times before they finally found the issue the first time I had a problem. The second time I have a problem one member of the service department refused to help me until I asked to speak with the main service manager and then he was willing to help me, another service manager yelled at me on the phone regarding a loaner car as my car was taken into service without providing transportation, and another service person w... read more
My son bought a car just nine days ago and it’s already not running! For $20,000 you would think that a car would last more than nine days but not if you buy it from the dealership! Stay far away!!!
!!First let me state that the “Sales Department” is amazing my buying experience was as good as it could possibly be!! Unfortunately, after that you have to deal with their Service Dept. We just purchased a new traverse from Blasius Chevy. The experience from ordering through delivery and financing was very good and seamless. Our sales person, Fran Woodruff, made the process easy and kept us well informed on the build/delivery progress. The financing and purchasing process with Mike McConachie, was quick and professional. We will recommend Blasius Auto Group to other individuals that are looking to buy a new or used vehicle.
Jeremy Gambino was great. He got me in my new car right away. The process was fast. He also explained all my features and contacted my Bluetooth before I drove off. Great service overall. I do recommend.
