probably one of the worst places to live in Manhattan. takes months to get anything fixed and you still need to deal with the horrific attitude from management. management(one man, sebastian) also sees issues in apts multiple times and still does not get anything fixed. super takes photos and still nothing is done. the place causes so much stress and frustration its toxic! on the coldest night, the heat was out, no hot water either- and that was not the first or second time.
