Darian was a capable and friendly technician. He resolved the issues from the inspection quickly. However, the prices were outrageous. It was $900 for, at most, an hour of work and only a couple of small parts that probably cost $10 at Lowe’s. Pricing is not for parts plus hourly rate … it’s per job item. Charles was efficient. He checked things on our unit that have never been done in the 8 years we’ve lived here. We have ALWAYS had service contracts on HVAC system. Photos were taken and explained. Super nice guy!
Can’t say enough good things about Blanton and Sons. From the first representative Kyle to the install team of Brian and David, to the office representative Jessica and the office team their professionalism and attention to detail was above and beyond. They were prompt and courteous and treated our home with care and respect. They installed an electric water heater and a gad tankless water heater. We would definitely recommend this company for your plumbing needs!
Called Blanton's to see about scheduling an appointment for a water leak in my office bathroom. They were super helpful with scheduling and it was a pretty quick turn around time for the service call. The technician Shawn arrived on time and was extremely polite and kept me informed through the process. They were able to fix the leak while they were on-site. Highly recommend!
