He was on time, respectful, knowledgeable, and gave me all my options explaining them thoroughly allowing us to decide what was best for our home. It seemed to be going too well. Blanton and Sons just completed my sewer line install. I'm extremely happy with their work. Their communication was excellent, they were professional, and they provided fantastic customer service. We really like dealing with Blanton and Sons, and especially like one of their technicians, George. He came recently to do maintenance and then came back to do additional servicing. VERY knowledgeable and polite. He explained each issue and the corresponding level of importance, and rec we research and decide what we wanted to tackle, if anything.
