They were courteous, respectful, friendly and professional. They were also very knowledgeable when I had a question. I had an excellent experience with Blanton and Sons from start to finish. When I called in, Jessica was incredibly friendly, patient, and accommodating with my busy schedule. She made booking an appointment quick and stress-free. When Jacob arrived, he was professional, knowledgeable, and very thorough. Austin was great. Very knowledgeable and personable. Do not have a bad thing to say. Would 100% recommend. Josh also came for the repair/replace and was equally as great. They both worked hard and did fantastic work.
Great experience. Alex was awesome to deal with from our inital consultation explaining the different air conditioner/furnace options to pricing differences. Alex completely redesigning our thirty five year old ductwork system based on software results that analyzed everything from the age of the house to types of windows etc etc. It needed it.
