I can’t say enough positive things about Austin. He was very thorough, professional and kind. I understood exactly which repairs I needed and why. He serviced all three HVAC units efficiently and had the repairs done on one of my units in a matter of minutes. I appreciated his attention to the details and the organized way he presented everything to me. His personality and knowledge of his craft made for great appointment.
I found Andrew to be very professional, proficient and knowledgeable regarding the services he provided. Andrew was also very patient while explaining the issues that I was having with my unit and providing what was causing the issue(s) and what needed to be done in terms of repair. This company is super lucky to have such an amazing young man as part of their work team. A++
I have to share how wonderful Blanton & Sons is! I completed a request for service at 12:45am when our air was not working to be contacted when they opened in the morning. I received a call from Jessica, and she worked so hard to get us scheduled, calling me again when someone cancelled their appointment.
