Now that I’ve had a couple months to calm down, fix the issue, and attempt to get a reply from someone in management, I wanted to share my experience. I had a Flo device removed from my garage on 8/5/25 due to a mechanical failure that was common for my model. The pipe replacement maybe took 10 minutes, so fast that I even joked with the tech that I hoped everything was connected correctly. Austin was great. Very knowledgeable and personable. Do not have a bad thing to say. Would 100% recommend. Josh also came for the repair/replace and was equally as great. They both worked hard and did fantastic work.
I had an excellent experience with Blanton and Sons from start to finish. When I called in, Jessica was incredibly friendly, patient, and accommodating with my busy schedule. She made booking an appointment quick and stress-free. When Jacob arrived, he was professional, knowledgeable, and very thorough. Professional, prompt, 3 really great guys Aaron Blanton and Walker Brown and their colleague were there early when they said they’d be, worked hard for about 12 hours and installed 2 first rate condensers! FInished up and showed us the new thermostats! Would highly recommend!
Ayden Dawson came out for my annual maintenance. He has an astronomical amount of knowledge and takes the time to explain and help you understand and the diagnose of any problems or any further problems.
