Near the close of Paul's tenure with A÷, I paid him to replace some dampers on my system (on his own time), along with other changes. I've since paid another firm to finally stabilize the system. I'm also now paying them to replace the dampers I paid Paul to replace... the existing dampers are the originals and haven't been replaced since the house was built. Paul came to our home and performed routine maintenance on our heat pump for the Winter. He found a few issues from our last HVAC company. He repaired them and let us know the problems. We had used him at our beach condo and so happy he moved closer to us in the Triangle. We highly recommend Paul for his work, honesty, attention to detail and just a nice guy. Also nice to work with a small company that cares about YOU!!
