We lived in one of Blank Page's properties but had to move because the owner moved back into his home. Stacey always replied to our texts in a timely manner and did her best to get any repairs done as soon as possible. I also appreciate their app and ease of paying rent and submitting a maintenance request. We would definitely rent from them again.
I am surprised to find any positive reviews. I am a responsible, communicative tenant but every interaction has been a disaster with this company. I have never once called and had someone answer the phone. She was late to the showing and the time/date I was to pick up the keys. I was given an empty folder instead of the paperwork and move-in checklist. The apartment was filthy when I moved in with rotting food in the oven. So happy! We just moved in to our new place it was pristine! I am a clean freak, I always re-clean a place before I move in. I felt like they went above and beyond, it was spotless!! Stacey was so easy to work with!! We have worked with a lot of property managers and this was our best experience to date. Quick responses and very professional! Thank you!
