We first worked w Blankman when a larger local company made a mistake on our heat pump that they fixed faster and cheaper and have been treating us right ever since. I have had to call twice since and both times they tried to talk me through a DIY fix before sending somebody out. Today, the owner was trying to figure out a way not to replace an expensive part, and ran to get one before the parts distributor closed b/c he didn't want us to be cold over the weekend. I wish everyone did business like this, 5 stars.
I used them at my primary residence based on a referral. I was so Impressed I am setting appointments for all my rental properties to have a once over.
Very skilled and professional. Their work product is excellent. The techs who installed our new HVAC were friendly, informative and punctual.
Over the past few years, I've needed to have HVAC service on our aging unit three times. I've used Blankman every time, and will continue to use them in the future. The service techs are polite, professional, and will happily explain what they are doing and why, as well as various options for repair. Their first course of action is not to try and get into your wallet. If the recommend replacement rather than repair, they will explain exactly why.
