We needed emergency service, called at ~7PM and Dustin immediately called back. We figured we could make to the next morning, he even moved an appointment he had the next morning to accommodate us. He showed up exactly when he said he would, and he and his father immediately went to work. They quickly figured out the issue may be with the septic tank. I have used Shannon Jackson for a few plumbing repairs on my home and will continue to do so. He is always quick to respond, follows through, and does great work. I would recommend him for any plumbing job that needs to be done.

We called on a Monday morning, and Shannon and his son (Devin? Darryl? His name started with a D) were there about an hour later. D walked through the house to assess the issue, then went in the crawl space to examine a concern. Before they started any work, they walked me through the process and possibilities. Thankfully, they were able to fix the blockage quickly and billed me exactly as quoted.

They found and repaired a problem that two other plumbing companies had not solved. I will certainly call Shannon Jackson in the future.
