RecommendedWe love these apartments. Staff is always nice. The grounds are kept beautifully and the location is perfect. They’re very quick with responding to maintenance issues and just over all great! The pool is perfect and the spring and summer garden is awesome. There is a little playground for the kiddos. A beautiful pond and tennis courts! And if you have a pup, a great fenced in dog run. Highly recommend!
RecommendedThis is a great place to live. The management and maintenance staff are excellent and really take care of the renters. If you have dogs 🐕 this is the place to live. They even have a gated dog park.

We lived at Blankenbaker Crossing for almost 5 years. The staff is beyond accommodating!!! Cory, Laura, Michelle, Wayne, Brian and Lori could not have been more helpful!! The maintenance service is prompt, friendly, and the work is done right the first time. The grounds are extremely well kept and always look nice. It was a great place live! If you are a cyclist, you are only half a mile from riding on country roads! We want to say to the staff, we will miss you like family!! Thanks for everything!!!
This is one of the best apartment in Louisville KY..all the staffs are very friendly and helpful..You always feel you are in home..no doubt this is no 1 choice for all..keep rocking guys...
