The person behind the counter was so rude and unnecessarily passive-aggressive lol.
Last week at the Montague location, I ordered a cold brew and espresso. The cold brew tasted like water, and the espresso shot was literally sitting there before I ordered, and that’s what I was served. Is anyone doing quality control for their coffees? I’m a coffee snob — yet completely fair. But this kind of service and quality will not fly in my book.
Machine-made coffee (not an espresso machine) and uncomfortable stools. Bad coffee shop.
The coffee is okayyy but nothing special. A bit annoying that they don’t offer more milk options. I asked for 2% but they didn’t have it so I asked if she could simply mix a little skim and whole and “we can’t mix milk”… Which makes absolutely no sense to me. It’s just a splash of one here and a splash there.
