We’re all familiar with the scenario where you pay for a full cup of coffee but end up getting 50% ice. Well, today I had an experience where I paid $12 for a coffee and a croissant, only to be served a half-empty cup of coffee because I’d asked for it without ice. It turns out that at this particular place, that’s just how they serve it—half a cup. It’s really shameful considering the price. I won’t be going back there.
Huge rip off. 3 oz of beverage and 17 oz of ice in a 20z cup. They wouldn't redo it with half ice. Never again.
I love blank street & this location but they don’t have an oven to heat up my croissant :(
