Been here 4x. Every time there’s an issue or don’t have anything. The last time no more hot brew not entire drinks iced coffee. Now today the espresso machine is broken and you can’t pay with cash. I will not be spending anymore money or time here. It’s sad because I actually enjoyed blank street over Starbucks!
barista started going on the phone while ordering, got the order wrong (gave me a small instead of a big) and when he realised the mistake proceeded to just pour the drink into the large cup and gave it to me. This is the type of customer service offered here.
the music was so loud and the staff were all chatting amongst themselves. they were so distracted and couldn't hear our order so they got our orders wrong and we had to shout to be heard and understood.
Love this place and love this guy Clover!!! He was s funny i enjoy talking to him. And the other girl on shift was great too.
