I visited Blank Street Coffee at 2461 Broadway today around 4:09 PM, and unfortunately the service did not match the quality of the products. The employee who took my order was noticeably rude and had an attitude not just toward me, but also toward other customers. At one point, he even made comments suggesting he just wanted to close and leave, which made the whole experience uncomfortable and unwelcoming.
