Matchas and lattes are good. Never order the regular coffee, the cup sizes are different and the lids don’t match as they’re normally for latte drinks. Obviously furious that coffee was spilled and we have a graduation to run to, so there’s no time to change.

Really disappointed with the service at Blank Street today. There were plenty of baristas behind the counter, yet the service was surprisingly slow. It seemed like only one person was actually making drinks, and there was no sense of urgency even as orders kept piling up. What frustrated me most was that things only started moving faster when I asked about my order. Definitely not the efficient experience I expected.
I order online and app forces me to order 10/20 mins later to pick up i cannot wait that much. If you are not available for orders on app just close it then. Even tho i wait a lot! Pick up time always change. Bring more employees then!!
