Not sure why the hype about Blank Street. I guess people like the sugary coffee concoctions. I’m fairly traditional and like just the typical espresso drinks. They fall flat and tastes mediocre. I do try to order on their app but more than 50% of the time, the closest is closed during opening hours or online ordering is turned off. When you go into the stores, no one addresses you or say hi. I usually grab a coffee here since it’s easy for me but there are SO MANY better coffee shops in nyc to visit.
