The customer service is horrible, and the quality is just as bad. I’ve been here two days in a row, and both experiences were awful: Day 1: They never called our name when our coffee was ready. After waiting a long time, we finally went up to check, only to find our drinks sitting there completely cold. Day 2: They made our order completely wrong. I waited in line for a bit. Definitely worth the wait! I got the strawberry shortcake matcha. It’s tastes just like a strawberry shortcake ice cream. This location has no seating. Go next door outside shake shack to sit down.

Loved the daydream hot matcha! Smooth, delicious, and kinda sweet. The staff were also very friendly and polite. I'll definitely be back!
