Blank Street is a great spot, but Bailey truly elevates the experience. She’s consistently friendly, efficient, and clearly skilled at what she does. Every drink is made with care, and she creates such a welcoming atmosphere. You can tell she takes pride in her work, and it shows. Always a pleasure being served by Bailey.
It's always a great start my day when I visit Blank Street 7th avenue (very often). The team (Zoe, Angie, Bailey, Maui, Anna, Vic, Mackenzie, +) are incredible at their jobs, and are extremely welcoming. The Blondie Matcha is my-go to, and it's always made well - much better than some of the other Blank Street locations I have visited. Well done on the team at this location, Blank Street. They should be used as an example for others.
