The woman responsible for closing the store on 9/14 was extremely rude as we were trying to enter the store. Just a reminder that a single employee can damage a store reputation, unfortunately. Who you hire is just as important as the product you’re selling.
I absolutely love getting blank street any time I’m in the city, I visit this location September 6 and the customer service was really amazing! The girl that took my order was really nice i think she was new too, she was doing an amazing job! Then the other girl that made my drink made it really good! When it comes to coffee shops it’s always a hit or miss on who’s making your drink but blank street never fails on making amazing drinks🤎🤍
