love their seasonal matcha options :) carrot cake matcha has been my favorite so far
Really enjoy that I can place an order outside Penn and it’ll be ready or nearly ready by the time I walk there. Been getting the same latte for over a year, love it!
Verry BAD service - verry bad attitude
I arrived 20 mins before they opened and waited outside and made eye contact with the employee (woman) working inside. When it was opening time the woman suddenly disappeared and never came to open the door over 10 minutes after opening. She finally comes to unlock the door not even eye contact or a word to me. I walk in to the counter and she goes outside to put out the sign starts moving chairs to set up the space. I had no choice but to walk out, absolutely vile.
If I could give this place no stars I would. The barista was made aware of a life threatening tree nut allergy, then messed up the drink order and served my girlfriend a pistachio latte. After the manager was notified, they offered to give a complimentary pastry. The pastry also contained tree nuts… this place is so unprofessional. Their incompetence could have cost my girlfriend her life, and they did nothing to try to remedy the situation. Not even comp the drink.
