Probably the worst costumer service of a coffe shop in upper east side.
Aggressively bad service. Baristas on their phones instead of paying any attention to guests or making drinks.
2nd time visit this location and everyone seems very helpful & and efficient. My matcha wasn’t as flavorful as I would’ve liked but it could’ve been the flavor I chose.
First time at a Blank Street. Pretty small with just 3 mini tables. They didn't have the Pistachio Latte which was really what I came here for. They've recommended the Daydream Latte which honestly tasted just okay. The banana bread was so dry and tasted bland. Not the best first experience with this coffee shop brand, the saving grace was really the staff who gave out recommendations and what felt like proper human interaction at least which other coffee shops can do better at.
