First coffee shop in NYC where I got refused to get some milk for my baby, even after i offered to pay
I usually enjoy going to Blank Street Coffee, but my recent experience was disappointing. The worker named fernada seemed uninterested, had a rude attitude, and acted annoyed when I asked a simple question about the menu. My order took a long time even though it wasn’t busy, and the drink wasn’t made correctly. Customer service really makes a difference, and this visit did not feel welcoming at all
Excellent service, very friendly staff. Drinks were served fast and tasted amazing. Definitely recommend coming to this location!
