Ordering ahead at this location is always a terrible experience. Most times they have order ahead shut off and when it is on there is always an issue. I tried to order ahead online today and when I tried to check out is said “oops, you cannot order outside of working hours”. I can see the shop from my office window and the store was open and not busy. I have also placed many orders in the past only to arrive with the barista informing me the food item I ordered was sold out. I think im done with Blank Street.
