My experience with Blank Slate, specifically with Courtney was seamless from viewing to application process to actual move in. Courtney was patient and accommodating as I viewed the apartment more than once and has been responsive throughout. I love the tenant portal, which allows seamless communication, payments, maintenance requests, etc. I am looking very fwd to my new place and having the security of a solid management company. Highly recommended.
It has been 2 months since moving into The Carlton, and the experience has been great! From the showing of our unit to the move in, the property management has been excellent! Since then, Courtney has been consistent in making sure our needs are addressed in a timely fashion as well as sharing community events and resources to help our family feel right at home. I typically find it rare to have quality property management in the city, so this has been such a great experience for my family and I.
The entire process from touring to applying to moving was a very smooth process. Courtney is a great property manager and very supportive! Glad to have a new home.
I was very compelled to speak on a bad experience I had with the agent Courtney who represents Blank Slate. I was interested in a unit for a move in date of 11/30 or 12/01. On our initial showing, she was more than 30 min but I let that slide. The tenant was still in the home when we came in so i wasn't able to finish viewing the apt.
