Highly recommend Blank and McCune Real Estate. Tim went above and beyond to help us find the perfect home. He was always super responsive to questions and had his finger on the pulse when it came to new listings in a tough market. We had an encroachment issue come up with our purchase and Tim was extremely knowledgeable about the situation and gave us the peace of mind that things were being handled correctly. Can’t recommend him enough!

We had a great experience with Tim Conroy and Blank and McCune. As newcomers to Iowa City we really appreciated Tim's deep knowledge of the neighborhoods and real estate market, and as first time home-buyers we were grateful for Tim's expert guidance throughout the process.
