I think Dr Blank is the best Dentist in town. But, I do believe that the girls who work at the front desk can be a little more friendlier. Sometimes I feel that I’m being talked down to and sometimes I feel like they are very nice and helpful. I don’t know what staff member or members this is and I hope Dr Blank finds out because she or they are going to ruin his wonderful business. Thank you, Dr Blank
As soon as I entered the office, the receptionist was smiling and said "I've checked you in Donna." Great Customer Service knowing my name as soon as I entered! My hygienist, Kourtney, was very nice, explained everything to be done, and did a FANTASTIC JOB CLEANING MY TEETH! My teeth felt FANTASTIC, So CLEAN, and Looked Great!
