Poor customer service. My daughter booked an appt for her 17th birthday to get her hair cut and dyed before several upcoming events this month. Unfortunately she woke up feeling horrible but wanted stick it out and try to make the appointment. Up until the last minute she held out but couldn't pull it off as she knew she wouldn't be able to sit in the chair for several hours. Amanda was great, she made me feel comfortable, listened carefully to what I wanted, and executed the haircut I needed exactly :) she also was gracious enough to let me know if i had any issues as the haircut settled to contact her. The haircut was a good deal and the space was beautiful. Everyone at my work noticed and complimented me right away on my new 'do, so thanks Amanda <3
