Carrie did some deep tissue work and truly, it hurt a bit.(Carrie said on several occasions to let her know if she needed to back off, I chose the pain for the gain) However, I was in bad shape. She made my body feel way way better after the massage.!! She knows her stuff. I highly recommend Carrie!
Carrie was incredibly knowledgeable about anatomy and physiology, the mechanics of the body, and the intricacies of tissue, tendons, fascia that led to amazing results in reducing my pain. I feel realigned after one intensive visit.
I don't know what I'd do without Carrie helping to put my shoulders back into place. Her knowledge of anatomy is outstanding and she can quickly figure out where to focus to best utilize our time together. I've started going to her monthly to keep everything running smoothly!
