I had neck surgery in 2022 and have ongoing pain that is getting worse. Dr. McCoy was recommended and I called to schedule an appointment. The schedulers gave me such a hard time insisting I go back to the original surgeon (which I gave MULTIPLE times) bottom line no appointment was made!!!! Isn't it my right to see whoever I want?
