I have used Blane to mediate cases throughout Florida and highly recommend him for your next Mediation. His demeanor, knowledge of Florida law, and willingness to work hard to get cases settled makes him a great Mediator. Our firm recently had a case go to mediation with Mr. McCarthy as our mediator. It was our first time utilizing his services and he was great. Was able to communicate with both sides effectively and bring the case across the finish line when it seemed we were at an impasse. Didn't give up and kept both sides engaged. Look forward to working with him again in the future. Thanks again!
