Blando was recommended to us by another company. They came and did an estimate. We tried to contact them to set up an appointment but nobody would call us back. That went on for a few weeks. Still no call to this day. They must not want our business. They don't seem professional or reliable.
I made an appointment for someone to look at our door. I had to wait for a month for that appointment. The appt. was an for 8:30-9:30 a. m. The day before that appt. they called me and asked if the appt. could be for anytime that day because they were so busy. I called them back at 2:30 and asked when are you coming? they told me that I was still on the list and that they would give me a 30 minute call. Well, needless to say no call, no show and no apologizes. Sure glad I took off work for that!
Such a great company to work with! They are prompt, courteous and respectful. Also, very affordable. Whenever we have a issue such as a broken spring, a bent reinforcement, they can usually come that same day. Connie Blando is always so pleasant and understanding!! I love working with this company!! Thank you Blando for always getting here so prompt and work so efficiently! V. N.
