These guys are actually awful, I rented my unit online, only to get there and find out that the unit was already in use, they then made me go around myself to find a different unit, of a different size, to put my stuff in, I kept my stuff there for about a month, came and got it all, and called to cancel, three weeks later, they start sending me notices to pay, I ignore them as I've cancelled, and figured it was a mistake, they then send me a notice that they've "locked me out" of a storage unit that has nothing in it, and t... read more
