The ladies up front (not the dental front desk) are always rude whenever we go over there. I absolutely hate setting up appointments for my kids and I due to the ladies at the front desk. They always give us a hard time. I have anxiety going to my appointments or my kids appointments.
The staff at Blanding family dental were very professional and efficient. I received good care. I was there to have a regular cleaning. I was not pleased when that cleaning cost me $300 because of being required to pay for X-rays and a consult from a random dentist. I had only come for cleaning. The $300 was a shock!
