They were great and friendly. I walked in 20 mins before closing and walked out satisfied with the arrangement they gave for me.
Do NOT purchase from this company. I asked for a bouquet this morning, i spoke with is service provider who siad they cut off at 11, but he isnt taking my order. Got ZERO repsonse when i tried to ask. He has my 200 dollars, and now i have to wait 5 days to get a refund. Buyer beware.
Very disappointed in this arrangement from Bland's Florist. On left what I ordered for hospital delivery. On the right is the half-priced, uninspired and VERY disappointing product that was delivered. I have notified the Floral dispatcher to have this addressed further. In no way was this an $70 design. I am embarrassed for you. Fortunately, I had time to cancel the arrangement going to different recipent today and chose a reputable florist.
I always purchase my peace lilys from Bland. The office manager/receptionist has such an amazing and inviting spirit! She is very knowledgeable, helpful and professional. She is such a joy to talk too.
