Paula is kind but that’s where my positive review ends. My two year old home is absolutely falling apart. Not to mention all the neighbors have issue on top of issue. Many of us have had costly AC repairs with less than 2 year old units, breaker repairs, drainage issues because the contractors just dropped building material into the drains and so much more. Paula, our sales representative, was very friendly and professional, as well as our project manager. The buying experience was made simple and the weekly check ins during construction were very helpful and informative. The one issue that came up, was resolved to our satisfaction, and Paula went over and above to make our experience very pleasant. We would definitely recommend Paula and Pacesatter Homes!

We are very happy with our home and our experience with Paula was wonderful! Even after living in the house I find myself needing answers to questions and she’s so helpful and responsive. When looking for houses that fit our larger family, Pacesetter was the only builder that didn’t have super tiny extra rooms and closets and that was important to us that our kids spaces weren’t cramped. They made buying our house easy!
