I do not usually write reviews, and I especially would never write a negative one, but I am so frustrated that I honestly don't know what else to do. I moved here in August of 2016 and immediately had some issues with maintenance, but nothing too bad. I am not sure if management changed or what happened, but the entire environment of the complex is completely different now. I am a quiet, clean tenant who pays her rent every month on time. Don't move here. The maintenance never comes, they attack you with hidden fees, and they care far more about making an extra dollar than making the customer happy. Once you sign the lease you're screwed. Been forced to live here for the past two years and it's been by far my worst experience with a company and they're only getting worse as they install new management every few months.
