Dr. Westman at Blanco North Dental is wonderful fantastic dentist. He is very caring, thoroughly explaining procedures in an easy way to understand. I would highly recommend him to anyone. However, the office and administrative staff are a different story. You can only communicate with them via text messages or email. They never answer the phone and choose whether or not to respond to text messages. They were horrendous in processing our dental insurance claims. Dr. Cortes has been my husband’s and my dentist for over 12 years. We have had significant dental work done in addition to dental health maintenance and we have been thrilled with the results.
